If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our Website or App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between CarBikeShift and You (referred to as “User,” “You,” or “Your”), whether you are:
- A visitor browsing the Website for information;
- A Service User requesting or purchasing services; or
- A Service Provider offering services through the platform.
By using the Website or App, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. CarBikeShift reserves the right to deny services to any individual or entity that violates these Terms or fails to meet our eligibility criteria.

6. User Responsibilities
6.1 Service Users

Do not post false or fraudulent requests.
Pay for services as agreed with the Service Provider.
Treat Service Providers with respect and ensure their safety while on your property.
6.2 Service Providers
Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile.
Do not misrepresent your services or qualifications.
Fulfill your commitments to Service Users promptly and professionally.
Refrain from engaging in fraudulent or unethical practices.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Website and App are owned by CarBikeShift or licensed to us. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
8. Commitment
CarBikeShift will present up to 4 Service Providers to the customer, from which they can select services. If the customer opts for services outside of the provided providers, CarBikeShift is not responsible for the services offered.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Between Users
CarBikeShift acts solely as an intermediary platform and is not responsible for disputes between Service Users and Service Providers. Any disputes must be resolved directly between the involved parties.
9.2 With CarBikeShift
In the event of a dispute between you and CarBikeShift, we encourage you to contact us to seek an amicable resolution. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of India and settled exclusively in the courts of Punjab, India.
10. Termination
CarBikeShift reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to the Website or App at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CarBikeShift, its affiliates, and its team from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
- Your use of the Website ;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your interactions with other users or third parties.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings related to these Terms shall be filed exclusively in the courts of Punjab, India.
13. Refund Policy
CarBikeShift has the authority to decide on refunds, following specific guidelines once a refund request is submitted. Refunds can be requested under the following circumstances:
- Cancellation or Service Non-Delivery: If a user cancels a transaction or services are not delivered after payment, they can request a refund.
- Transaction Errors: In the case of processing mistakes, users can seek a refund.
Refund requests must be submitted to the customer service email, with necessary details like:
- Date, time, and order/transaction numbers.
- Account details and reasons for refund.
Refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days and will be returned to the original payment method (no cash refunds). If there are issues with transaction refunds or credits, users must work with their respective banks.
Liability Disclaimer:
Refunds will not be provided for issues like delays, cancellations, strikes, force majeure events, or any other circumstances beyond CarBikeShift’s control. The company will not be responsible for additional costs, delays, or actions by government authorities.
